The Dog House were one of the first few shows in the country to do prank phone calls. They rarely do them nowadays because they are so tired and played out. A lot of the ones they did were copied by shows in Hawaii, LA, Chicago, NY...
They had a daily segment where a listener would email or fax in a request to Elvis.
(guy on the left)
"Dear Dog House,
Can you please do a prank call on my friend Jennifer? She met a guy at the club last Saturday and he hasn't called her? Would you pretend to be that guy and mess with her?"
So Elvis would then make the call, say all sorts of weird stuff, and then finally tell her that he is actually Elvis from the Dog House and her friend wanted to do a prank call on them. A lot of morning jocks do this, even Don Bleu on Star 101.3. I think he calls it the Bleuper, pronounced blooper...
That soon got a little old so the Dog House found a way to be innovative, going places no other morning show had ever dared--going somewhere that any human being probably wouldn't dare.
This following set of calls were called the "Dicked Calls". Like the name of the calls says, these calls were dicked (messed up). Like JV explains, these were calls that they did not want to make, but because they had to--they did.
CLICK, LISTEN AND ENJOY...

"She said you guys might have a half-off the second fetus special going on right now." Haha, man that's fucked up. Radio shows seem to be really pushing the buttons to get ratings. A competitive market with little reward. Did you hear about the girl that died when she competed in the "Hold Your Wee for a Wii" contest out in Sacramento?
Have Howard Stern and other shock jocks leaving for satellite radio opened the door for these guys?
